I completed my second industrial training at Lion Brewery (Ceylon) PLC. Here I could gain so much knowledge on automation, six sigma and lean applications.

I got the opportunity to complete several projects.

1. Developing a real-time conveyor acceleration monitoring and mapping system to reduce the bottle falling.
2. Developing a report identifying the root causes for production line efficiency lagging based on six sigma concepts.
3. Analyze the beer can wastage and identify the root causes for beer can wastage.

In this training period I got the opportunity to study and learn the beer manufacturing process and to interact with the real world applications of the lean and six sigma concepts. I got the opportunity to play a role in the lean implementing team as a team member and it was the most precious opportunity I achieved.

Location Kalaniya,Sri Lanka.

I completed my first industrial training as a production engineer undergraduate at Tantri Trailers (PVT)Ltd. I could gain a good experience on the field of job scheduling, human resource managing, quality inspecting, designing and simulating the projects. I could gain first hand experience on so many metal handling and fabricating processes specially about CNC programing and welding tactics. I got the opportunity to face the real time problems which occurred within the fabricating process and use my knowledge to overcome them successfully.
